Joshua B. Zugish brings 25 years of distinguished legal experience to helping businesses, nonprofits, individuals, and educational institutions manage risk, resolve problems, and achieve their goals. He focuses on employment and education law, providing cost-effective and personal service through a referral-based practice in the Savannah area. Licensed in Georgia, Alabama, Colorado, and Montana, his career includes service as senior counsel for a large public university system, practicing with respected local firms in Savannah, GA and Fort Collins, CO, and advising clients at an AmLaw 100 national employment firm.

Josh also served as an adjunct instructor with Tulane Law School for several years and taught graduate courses at Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado. He has presented numerous times at national and regional conferences and writes periodically for business, employment and legal publications.

Committed to the community and legal profession, Josh is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Live Oak Regional Library Board. He previously served as President of the Larimer County Bar Association (650+ members) and as a Trustee for the Colorado Legal Aid Foundation.

Josh has resided in mid-town Savannah since 2019 with his wife Lindsey.
